Option 1:

It’s easy! Click on the LOGIN/REGISTER button on the top right corner of the website. You will be directed to an online registration form. Fill in your Email address and Password. Click REGISTER and you will be redirected your account page.

Option 2: Easier way

Tick “Create an account?” during 1st purchase when you filling the billing details.

Hint: The password should be at least twelve characters long. To make it stronger, use upper and lower case letters, number, and symbols like !”?$%^&)

Point on the LOGIN/REGISTER button on the top right corner of the website. Click on Lost your password? Enter your Username or email. Click RESET PASSWORD and you will receive a link to create a new password via email.

 

 

To change the information in your Ezipaq account, you can log in to <MY ACCOUNT>, choose:

Account details: to edit First Name, Last Name and Email address

Address: Address separate into two section Billing Address and Shipping Address. Both address allow to edit address and Phone.

 

 

 

Shopping online is simple! You may make purchase either BEFORE or AFTER you registered an Ezipaq account.

Follow these easy steps:

1.   Select your product, add the quantity you need and click to add the item into your Shopping cart.

2.   You may continues to browse other items, just repeat steps 1 for all other selected products.

3.   Once you have finished selecting your products, click on the shopping bag on the top right corner of the website. On the right corner will pop out Shopping Cart, show the items as your purchase.

4.   Click CHECKOUT and you will be redirected your Billing Details. Fill in your Billing Details and click PLACE ORDER proceed to payment.

After your order is verified, you can expect to receive your order between 2 – 5 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays).

For orders confirmed BEFORE 2PM: Your order will be processed on the same day of purchase and delivered on the same day.

For order confirm AFTER 2PM: Your order will be processed on the same day of purchase and will be delivered out the next working day.

Your tracking number will be available to view once your order status states it is Completed.

Easy! Just follow the following steps:

 1.   Login to your online account to view. <MY ACCOUNT>

2.   You will notice a column titled Tracking code. This is your package tracking number.

*Alternatively, you may find your Tracking Number in an E-mail which will be automatically delivered to your Inbox when your order status states COMPLETED.

If your Tracking Number still cannot be located, please contact Customer Service by phone +6012-5075145, Monday-Friday (excluding Public Holidays) before 6pm for assistance.

 

At the moment, we only accept Credit/Debit cards , Touch ‘nGo e-wallet, Direct Transer and Paypal payments.

Once your order is successfully placed with payment, we will notify you via email, and you can also check your order status in <MY ACCOUNT> ORDERS

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your Store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

Buyer should expect to receive their orders within two (2) to five (5) working days upon payment verification.

If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

Buyer are not allowed to change or cancel order once the payment has been made. Also it is not allowed to change any information such as shipping details, billing information or delivery method as the seller may have started the shipment process. Therefore, sellers can reject your cancellation request by providing the proof of shipment.

Should you wish to change any order under any unforeseen circumstances, kindly contact us at 012-5075145 or email to contact_us@ezipaq.com as soon as possible.

All goods sold are not refundable nor exchangeable.

1.  Upon receiving the items, if there is ANY defect/damage, please email notification in writing together with supporting picture within 24 hours of receiving the items. Otherwise NO defect/damage claim will be entertained.

2.  Items returned must be in the original condition together with the accompanying packaging.

3.  All costs incurred for returning the goods is the Buyer Responsible.

4.  It MUST NOT have any sign of damage or misuse. Otherwise the defect/damage claim will become null and void.

5.  Buyers are recommended to inspect package contents upon delivery before signing for acknowledgement of receipt of goods.

6.  Wear and tear on parcel exterior packaging caused during transit of delivery is not entitled for refund or replacement.

8.  Buyers who do not notify us of the return request before returning the goods shall not be entertained. Request for return must be made through email.

9.  We reserve the rights to offer buyer either a direct replacement or alternative version of the item.

10.  Buyers have to bear the cost of return.

 

Buyer may only apply for the refund and/or return of the Item in the following circumstances:

1.  Buyer did not receive the item;

2.  The Item was defective and/or damaged on delivery;

3.  Buyer received the item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.);

4.  The Item delivered to Buyer is materially different from the description provided in the listing of the Item.

5.  EZIPAQ will contact and/or email to buyer for refund status and notification.
